Existen tantas razones para enamorarse de este alquiler vacacional… Para empezar, el abundante espacio permite que un grupo de 8 personas se alojen perfectamente sin sentirse agobiados. Los estilosos interiores incluyen un amplio salón-comedor que dan a un balcón, el cual está conectado con la cocina, dándole así dos opciones para comer al aire libre y unas bonitas vistas a los jardines con palmeras. La cocina contemporánea cubre todas sus necesidades culinarias ademas tiene incluido una cafetera tradicional de filtro y de capsulas y esto junto con el aire acondicionado para paliar el clima húmedo, usted se sentirá como en casa.
El amplio solarium evoca toda la esencia de la vida costera. Situado junto a las montañas de Sierra Blanca, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar tiempo al fresco: una cocina exterior, un comedor exterior y una área de salón también al aire libre. Pero lo mejor es la piscina privada, la cual crea esa sensación de privacidad.
La propiedad está ubicada en una urbanización sin fiestas. No debe haber ruido a altas horas de la noche ni ningún comportamiento antisocial o disruptivo.
El apartamento está situado en la segunda planta. No hay ascensor disponible.
Si le interesa la urbanización de Castiglione, sepa que también tenemos otras propiedades en la misma urbanización.

San Pedro Alcántara es un pueblo costero situado entre Marbella y Estepona. Muy tradicional y relajado, atrae al tipo de visitante que busca unas vacaciones más discretas.
San Pedro es un pueblo vibrante repleto de restaurantes, bares, panaderías y heladerías.
Con respecto a su gastronómica es tanto local como internacional, con pubs irlandeses, restaurantes asiáticos, bares holandeses, así como bares y restaurantes tradicionales españoles. Hay un par de supermercados (Mercadona, Maskom, Carrefour y Día), una farmacia 24 horas y boutiques. El jueves es día de mercadillo, un auténtico paraíso para los cazadores de gangas. El Boulevard se está convirtiendo rápidamente en el corazón de San Pedro y en el favorito de los niños con un total de seis parques infantiles y un área para practicar skateboard y patinaje. Mientras tanto los adultos pueden sentarse cerca o ir a uno de los bares/restaurantes para tomar una copa, un aperitivo o una comida.
Nueva Alcántara es la parte nueva de la ciudad con amplias avenidas arboladas que conducen a la playa. Tiene un paseo marítimo de 2 km de largo que hace las funciones de un gimnasio al aire libre con máquinas de ejercicio y siempre está lleno de corredores, cochecitos y paseadores de perros. Está salpicado de chiringuitos a lo largo de todo el recorrido, la mayoría de ellos de cocina mediterránea y, por supuesto, el omnipresente tinto de verano para saciar la sed.
El paseo marítimo también conecta con Puerto Banús y es posible caminar hasta Marbella.
Si buscas una gran noche de fiesta, Marbella y Puerto Banús están a poca distancia en coche.

Building lift was out of order (which to be honest did not concern us at all but might other less able guests?). None of the above in any way serious (maybe the pool steps shoudl be attended to) just constructive comment.

For a number of years now all our adverts for Castiglione apartments (except ground floor) mention that there are no elevators in the urbanisation. For the pool area the parts had been ordered already so just waiting for them to arrive (there were delays) and to be fitted.

The elevator no longer works so its a lot of stairs to get suit cases up and down. This should be explained before renting as it may be difficult for older couples and families with small children. The pool area upstairs is amazing but the grill/draiver más

The pool area upstairs is amazing but the grill/drain that captures water around the edge of the pool is sticking up in places and extremely sharp and rusty. They have strategically placed some large stones on it to keep it down but it should be fixed ASAP as it could cause serious damage to bare feet etc. Especially small children etc. Whilst the bedding was okay and clean, it could really be updated and renewed. With some slight finesse and a little money spent it could be superb.

All the furnitures are very clean and it’s perfectly equipped. The view from the terrace is very peaceful, and the rooftop is a dream! The walk to the beach is 1 minute and it’s walking distance to Puerto Banús as well. We had a perfect stay and willver más

Once again the apartment was a real delight to stay in and the complex is excellent. We particularly like the roof top patio with the barbeque and pool which the children loved. The lower patio is also very good with the views over the complex pool towards the sea. We spent many late nights drinking our cocktails.
There are many varied restaurants within walking distance and Puerto Banus with its marina, yachts and cars is about a 30 minute walk away. I can thoroughly recommend this complex and the two apartments, Colleen dealt with all my queries prior to the holiday and everything went very smoothly, very easy to deal with. I am sure that we will visit again in the future. |

As a group of 8 female friends we were absolutely delighted with the penthouse. The rooftop pool and barbecue area are out of this world. The balcony outside the kitchen was beautiful for breakfast. The kitchen is hi tech and has everything you could possibly want. There are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. Marabierta was our favourite for dinner followed by Kala Kalua for lunch by the sea.
