Este apartamento con jardín tiene un encanto informal y está ubicado en una urbanización en primera línea de playa. Dependiendo de cuán enérgico se sienta, puede pasear por el paseo marítimo hasta Puerto Banús o simplemente pasar el rato en cualquiera de los bares de playa o restaurantes a lo largo del camino.
Los elegantes interiores crean una estética luminosa y espaciosa, y complementan la atmósfera relajada de la parte exterior, donde hay tumbonas. O bien, elija quedarse en la amplia sala de estar y comedor con su cómodo sofá y sus sillones. Disfrutará preparando comidas en la cocina de alta gama y totalmente equipada, incluida una cafetera de filtro tradicional y otra de cápsulas.
Cuando decida salir al aire libre, coja una un refresco y diríjase hacia el porche cubierto para disfrutar de un día de descanso relajándose o tomando el sol. O si lo desea, puede dar un paseo por el jardín y refrescarse en la piscina comunitaria. Naturalmente, hay aire acondicionado en todas partes, Wi-Fi y IPTV. Y el estacionamiento no es un problema, ya que cuenta con un espacio privado para su automóvil.
Horario de apertura de la piscina/área de la piscina: Desde alrededor de Semana Santa hasta finales de junio: 1 piscina está abierta. Julio - agosto: 2 piscinas están abiertas. De septiembre a finales de octubre: 1 piscina está abierta. Entre octubre y Semana Santa no hay piscina abierta. Los tiempos pueden variar dependiendo del clima.

San Pedro Alcántara es un pueblo costero situado entre Marbella y Estepona. Muy tradicional y relajado, atrae al tipo de visitante que busca unas vacaciones más discretas.
San Pedro es un pueblo vibrante repleto de restaurantes, bares, panaderías y heladerías. Con respecto a su gastronómica es tanto local como internacional, con pubs irlandeses, restaurantes asiáticos, bares holandeses, así como bares y restaurantes tradicionales españoles. Hay un par de supermercados (Mercadona, Maskom, Carrefour y Día), una farmacia 24 horas y boutiques. El jueves es día de mercadillo, un auténtico paraíso para los cazadores de gangas. El Boulevard se está convirtiendo rápidamente en el corazón de San Pedro y en el favorito de los niños con un total de seis parques infantiles y un área para practicar skateboard y patinaje. Mientras tanto los adultos pueden sentarse cerca o ir a uno de los bares/restaurantes para tomar una copa, un aperitivo o una comida.
Nueva Alcántara es la parte nueva de la ciudad con amplias avenidas arboladas que conducen a la playa. Tiene un paseo marítimo de 2 km de largo que hace las funciones de un gimnasio al aire libre con máquinas de ejercicio y siempre está lleno de corredores, cochecitos y paseadores de perros.Está salpicado de chiringuitos a lo largo de todo el recorrido, la mayoría de ellos de cocina mediterránea y, por supuesto, el omnipresente tinto de verano para saciar la sed.El paseo marítimo también conecta con Puerto Banús y es posible caminar hasta Marbella.
Si buscas una gran noche de fiesta, Marbella y Puerto Banús están a poca distancia en coche.

Really good location and home for a little baby also (and would be for slightly older kids). The hosts provided a cot, high chair and I also separately rented other kids-stuff so fully kitted for the little one :) We would absolutely love to stay here again and hope to do so in the future! A small table in the kitchen corner area would be a big improvement on the rather useless coffee table which is difficult to sit and eat at. Otherwise it would be difficult to improve much as it was generally excellent in all areas .

La location était très bien située, infrastructure de la résidence au top, un équipement encore rarement trouvé dans des locations, la décoration très chic, un chauffage qui fonctionnait très bien vu la fraîcheur des nuits , un service de gestion locatif encore très rare à trouver avec une grande confiance et une disponibilité.

We had a fantastic stay in this gorgeous apartment on the wonderful Las Adelfas complex at the end of the school holidays. We were thoroughly impressed by the standard of accommodation- the appliances are of high quality, in good condition and stylish. The same for the furniture and soft furnishings- in our opinion above and beyond a holiday let. It felt like a home away from home in terms of attention to detail- i.e. an abundance of glasses and serving dishes, plenty of space to air laundry, plenty of storage space for clothes and extras to prevent clutter.
As a family of 6 we enjoyed the feeling of space which we were not expecting - the children were able to go and play (with the toys that had kindly been left available) during the midday sun whilst we could enjoy the peaceful and private terrace. Loved it so much we are already booking it again which is something we never do… Thanks to Colleen and Thomas who made a stressful Covid trip become stress free. Flexible with check in/ check out times and available immediately when we encountered any small issueshad any questions. We felt looked after and prioritised which is all we could have asked for. |

We stayed for 7 nights (3 adults and 2 small children) and it was all about being comfortable surrounded by charm, ellegance and cozyness.
The appartment has everything you need and even more (they leave you soap for dishes and many other details which you dont usually find). Location wise it is very calm but yet very close to the beach and some restaurants at the promenade. The beach of San Pedro is not the best one in the area due to the stones but you have others walking distance. You can walk until other restaurants in the main avenue and to the center of San Pedro or drive which will take you less then 5 min. We wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately it was not possible because it was booked already. The only minus of this appartment is the sun exposure which makes it a bit dark during the day, however you dont have that issue in the terrace and little garden where it shines almost all day. It was really a wonderful surprise. Thank you |

The glass door of the shower needs to be repaired. If one is not careful it might break.
We payed for the baby crib but it was not prepared and there were not sheets (the crib was dismounted inside the closet...same to the baby high chair).

We are sorry the travel cot and high chair, which were included in your rate and not charged as an extra, weren't prepared but if you had reminded the team member doing the check in, they would have been able to prepare it for you before they left. The check out time of 10:00hrs maybe a bit early for some but it is necessary for our cleaning team that deals with a high number of properties each day spread around the area. It is mentioned about 2 times on each advert, 1 time on the booking page, once on our terms and conditions page and via email before booking it is mentioned once or twice. So by the time the booking is confirmed it should not come as a surprise. When it is possible to extend check out time we always offer it, it is just unfortunate that it was not possible for you this time. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay in Las Adelfas and look forward to welcoming you back.
