The smartly furnished apartment is wonderfully serene and offers the opportunity to a party of 4 to relax or converge in comfort inside or outside. For your convenience, the apartment has free high speed WiFI and IPTV. Its exclusive setting is footsteps to the beach promenade with eateries, and a short wander to the town centre.
This immaculately presented apartment offers a comfortable stay along with the wonderful feature of a private terrace -accessible from both the living room and master bedroom- where you can enjoy the lovely pool. Inside you will find a bright living & dining area with a contemporary design. The sleeping quarters are decorated in muted tones and elegant linen and feature a comfy queen-size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. The spacious kitchen includes a traditional filter coffee machine, everything needed for cooking, as well as a table and chairs for a quick breakfast or a cup of tea at home.

It is a true slice of traditional Spain, the locals are friendly and the predominant language you hear is Spanish. It is quite popular with holidaymakers who enjoy mingling with the locals, dunking churros in thick chocolate for breakfast, sampling tapas or simply cooling off at an ice cream parlour, with the kids running around. The town has broad spectrum of amenities, including a couple of well-priced supermarkets (Mercadona , Maskom and Día), a 24-hour pharmacy, plenty of charming restaurants and boutiques.
There are also at least 3 public play areas, two close to Las Adelfas, perfect for families! Thursday is street market day, a true bargain hunter´s paradise.
Don't expect any wild nightlife. A night out typically consists of a meal and a few drinks at a local bar - although there are a couple of salsa clubs- or a moonlight stroll along the beach promenade. If you're looking for a big party night, Marbella and Puerto Banús are a short drive away.
For sporting activities, there are many options. Very close by is the Nueva Alcantara Club with 16 padel courts and the I/O gym. The adjacent residential area of Guadalmina is also known for its well kept golf courses. If you just want to hit a few balls, try the Guadalmina public driving range (Located close to the Barceló Hotel). For a bit more action for the kids, the Cable Ski Marbella, next to the driving range, offers wakeboard, kneeboard, and water-ski lessons. We were a little surprised that the rigorous poolrules this year wasn’t followed by the lifeguards. It was allowed to make noice during siestatime, throwing balls in the pool, bringing food and drinks to the pool a.s.o.

For a stay of more than two weeks we suggest that you provide additional towels and linens for your guests. Also the bread, chopping and paring knives could use a sharpening. And some measuring cups and spoons would be nice.

This is a great appartment close by the beach. With 2 big swimmingpools with the posibility for small childs to swim on the first 20meters of the pool (goes around 80cm on the deepest point I think) Everything you need is available in the apartment. see more

Fantastic family stay! So close to the beach, you can hear the waves crashes at night! Beautiful grounds and pool area. Walking distance to cafes and esplanade. We had such a relaxing week!

Fijn appartement. Centrale locatie. Fijne bedden. Overall helemaal prima appartement, 5 min van puerto banus, alles is er wat je er nodig hebt. Kortom wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!

1 ding was jammer, wij ontbijten en leven graag buiten. Op het balkon was geen beschutting, dus als je buiten wilde zitten was het echt te warm in de volle zon. Het zwembad waar wij uitzicht op hadden was gesloten in het voorseizoen. Super jammer wansee more

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We did mention before you booked that only 1 pool would be open and that at the time we didn't know which one it would be. We will speak with the owner about installing an awning. We hope to hear from you again soonsee more
