This modern ground floor property offers an enviable beachfront lifestyle, but with peace and seclusion as soon as you step into the complex. Set in the much-in-demand enclave of las Adelfas right on the San Pedro beach promenade, the spacious and well laid-out apartment with numerous outdoor spaces makes for a very relaxing and comfortable holiday accomodation.
Uncluttered and contemporary, the interior of this 2 bedroom holiday rental encourages relaxing and helps make guests feel at home. The layout makes it easy to enjoy both time inside – open floor living/dining room, 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen, including a traditional filter coffee machine – and outside – covered patio featuring a lounge area with ample seating plus a dining table. If you like to sunbathe, there are plenty of loungers around the pristine communal pool just steps away. The apartment comes with a private underground car space.
The upscale las Adelfas complex is built in Andalucian white-village style and features landscaped gardens with 2 swimming pools with shallow ends. The location is spot on. The main entrance gate opens straight onto the tree lined promenade giving immediate access to loads of eateries and beach bars.
Pool/pool area opening times: From around Easter Holy Week to end of June: 1 pool is open. July - August: 2 pools are open. September to around end of October: 1 pool is open. Between October and Easter no pool is open. Times may vary depending on weather.
The property is located in a no party urbanisation. There is to be no late night noise nor any anti-social / disruptive behaviour.

San Pedro Alcantara is a coastal town wedged between Marbella and Estepona and, despite its proximity to glamorous Marbella, has managed to remain unspoilt. Very traditional and laidback, it attracts the type of visitor looking for a more low-key holiday.
Although San Pedro is small, it is a vibrant town abuzz with restaurants, bars, bakery cafes and ice cream parlours. The food scene is both local and international, with Irish pubs, Asian restaurants, Dutch bars all next to traditional Spanish bars and restaurants. There are a couple of well-priced supermarkets (Mercadona, Maskom, Carrefour and Día), a 24-hour pharmacy and boutiques. Thursday is street market day, a true bargain hunter’s paradise. The Boulevard is fast becoming the heart of San Pedro and a favourite with children with a total of six playgrounds and a skateboard area. Adults can sit around nearby, or go to one of the bar/restaurants for a drink, a snack or a meal.
Nueva Alcantara is the new part of town with wide tree-lined avenues leading down to the beach. On the waterfront, the 2 km sweeping tiled promenade serves as an open-air gym with exercise machines and is always bustling with joggers, strollers and dog walkers. It is dotted with chiringuitos all the way along, most of them offering Mediterranean cuisine and, of course, the ubiquitous thirst-quenching tinto de verano. The promenade also links up to Puerto Banus and it is possible to walk all the way to Marbella along the sea front.
Don't expect any wild nightlife. A night out typically consists of a meal and a few drinks at a local bar - although there are a couple of salsa clubs- or a moonlight stroll along the beach promenade. If you're looking for a big party night, Marbella and Puerto Banús are a short drive away.
For sporting activities, there are many options. Very close by is the Nueva Alcantara Club with 16 padel courts and the I/O gym. The adjacent residential area of Guadalmina is also known for its well kept golf courses. If you just want to hit a few balls try the Guadalmina public driving range (Located close to the Barceló Hotel). For a bit more action for the kids, the Cable Ski Marbella, next to the driving range, offers wakeboard, kneeboard, and water-ski lessons. The road to Ronda starts at San Pedro so experienced cyclists can enjoy a challenging but beautiful ride.

It is a quiet/calm complex, very green, secure and with 2 pools. Opposite to San Pedro beach and with very nice neighbours. We had a great time, were able to enjoy the garden on a daily basis as it was nice and warm even in October.

Nice flat on the ground floor, beautiful gardens, close to one of the two swimming pools on the estate, private car park, great communications from Coleen and Vilma, etc. There were many positive points for our stay. The only small disadvantage to such well-kept grounds is that the gardeners start work at 08:30 / 9am most mornings ...not ideal if you want a lie-in. Apart from that it was the perfect stay.

The apartment itself was brilliant, the location right on the beach front was perfect and as a family we had a brilliant time. For anybody with small kids, the pool is perfect with a huge shallow end meaning you can relax throughout the day. With so many options for food and drink in san Pedro centre, the Boulevard and the Beach, it was just the perfect place for us to stay and we cant wait to book again next year.
